About Me
Hi, I’m Hannah Rogers, a certified Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor from Sydney (Sutherland Shire) – friends, clients, and family would describe me as an outgoing, energetic, and passionate Pilates Instructor. I believe movement should feel both empowering and enjoyable, and I love helping people discover just how strong and capable their bodies truly are.
My teaching style is uplifting, supportive, and hands-on, making Pilates accessible for all levels. Whether it’s a 1:1 session, training with a partner, or moving together in a group, I bring positivity, encouragement, and a touch of fun to every session.
With 18 years of dance experience, I discovered my passion for the entertainment industry through both modelling and performing. Pilates has been a key part of my journey, helping me stay strong physically and mentally, alongside strength training. Weaving in elements of strength training and barre to create a dynamic and well-rounded practice.
For me, Pilates isn’t just exercise – it’s about building confidence, resilience, and longevity through movement. I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
